WINTER SYMPHONY: THE IRIS CERAMICA GROUP FAMILY DAY

On Saturday 14 December, the Iris Ceramica Group headquarters in Fiorano Modenese became a Christmas village for the corporate Family Day, organised by our Foundation for our employees and their families. The event, with a Winter Symphony theme, celebrated the family, the community and solidarity, offering a magical, fun and entertaining experience set against a musical backdrop.

The company square, animated by decorations, Christmas chalets, elf-themed totems and music, created the perfect atmosphere for this Symphony. Unique moments that the guests were able to capture in the Photo Opportunity area for taking souvenir photos. Moreover, the photographic competition “Esprimi la tua Sinfonia” (Express your symphony) engaged the employees who displayed their own pictures inspired by the event concept. The photographs created a photo gallery, turning the headquarters into a celebration of our staff’s talents.

Entertainment played a key role in the day: the Banda Rulli Frulli, a group of people of different ages and students with disabilities, with their inclusive energy and recycled percussion instruments, bowled the crowd over with their unique performance. And for the children, the Sensory Orchestra offered the chance to play and create music interactively with a range of innovative and creative electronic instruments.

Finally, the Family Day theme, in its metaphor as an orchestra of people who together create a Symphony, also spilled over to the Solidarity Market which acted as a backdrop to the event. Just like an orchestra, combining different instruments to create a new harmony, the market included stands run by the various associations the Foundation works with – ANFFAS Sassuolo, Manigolde, Apicoltura Urbana and Amiche del CORE, each with their own identity and mission, but sharing a common objective of promoting solidarity.

The Family Day 2024 was a special occasion for enjoying the festive spirit and strengthening the sense of belonging to the company community.
