IRIS CERAMICA GROUP IS THE FIRST OF THE SECTOR AS “ITALY’S BEST EMPLOYERS FOR WOMEN”

Iris Ceramica Group is the top company of the sector that women are happy to work in, according to the ranking table drafted following the survey “Italy’s Best Employers for Women” by the Istituto Tedesco Qualità Finanza (ITQF), conducted in partnership with La Repubblica – Affari & Finanza. Among the 200 companies selected, only 52 obtained the maximum score of 100, and Iris Ceramica Group is the first company in its reference sector to obtain this major result.

The research, now in its second edition, selected the 200 best employers for women in Italy out of a sample of 2,000 companies analysed and 45 topics considered, including business culture, vocational training and equal opportunities The results were obtained by ITQF (Istituto Tedesco Qualità Finanza), an independent organisation which is European leader in quality surveys.

Iris Ceramica Group is also one of the “Best in Italy – Champions of Service 2022”, another ranking list drafted on the basis of a survey on the services provided by companies. This is the 8^th edition of the study, also carried out by Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF) in cooperation with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza, based on over 250,000 customer opinions. Yet another confirmation of the excellence underlying the commitment of the companies in the Group to providing a high-quality service, every day.
