CEO ITALIAN AWARDS 2023: OUR CEO FEDERICA MINOZZI WINS THE DESIGN CATEGORY

We are proud to announce that Federica Minozzi, CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, is the winner of the Forbes Italia CEO Italian Awards 2023 in the Design Category.

The prize-giving ceremony, organised by Business International – Fiera Milano in partnership with Forbes Italia, was held on 30 November at the end of the ninth edition of the CEO Italian Summit & Awards. This prestigious award celebrates Italy’s top managers who have stood out for their skill, professionalism and courage in leading their companies. The selection focused on managers who are not only able to make their businesses globally competitive but who also contribute to improving the quality of life in the communities they work in.

The 2023 edition, “The CEOs Imperative”, offered an interpretation of the challenges set by the global context for CEOs through three analytical perspectives: Purpose, Profit, Planet. Our CEO was awarded the Design Category prize for Iris Ceramica Group’s ability to offer innovative design solutions through a far-sighted vision that enhances craft traditions while maintaining a constant focus on environmental sustainability.

The event was an interesting opportunity to meet and discuss with the top management of Italian industry. The prestigious Prize is yet another achievement that bears witness to over 60 years of Iris Ceramica Group’s outstanding pioneering business vision.
