TOP JOB-BEST EMPLOYERS 2021, IRIS CERAMICA GROUP IS ONE OF THE COMPANY GROUPS WITH THE BEST WORKING CONDITIONS

Iris Ceramica Group is one of few Italian companies to have received the “Top Job-Best Employers 2021” seal. It is a certification by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF), a leader in Europe in testing and quality seals, which, in collaboration with its media partner La Repubblica – Affari&Finanza, conducts a survey to measure, through social listening, how satisfied employees are with their companies by drawing up a score-based ranking.

The Institute analyzed 438 million sources for a total of 2,000 selected searches for each company. In the last 12 months, it found more than one million online citations and mentions in three macro-areas – corporate culture, career and corporate values – and analyzed the tone used.

Therefore, the study produced a benchmark for each sector, and only the companies that reached at least 60% in the overall assessment were certified as “Top Job-Best Employers 2021”. Iris Ceramica Group was one of seven companies in the furniture sector to receive the highest score.

“We are very pleased with this recognition,” says Federica Minozzi, “since, being a group, we have always focused on promoting an ethical corporate culture that values human resources in all our companies. The fact that this has been recognized by a survey that measures employee sentiment makes us even more proud, since it means that our human capital has been recognized as well.”

Now in its third year, this research was conducted on a group of more than 2,000 Italian companies employing the largest number of people. Out of these, only 300 received the “Top Job-Best Employers 2021” seal: a blue stamp certifying good working conditions and the potential for employees to grow within the company.

The mentions were collected throughout 2019 until the end of July 2020, also during the months of the pandemic.

Employees’ opinions were influenced by a number of related factors, such as workplace safety, health protection, the possibility of working remotely during Covid-19 and stress.
