FEDERICA MINOZZI AT THE QUIRINALE FOR THE TITLE OF “KNIGHT OF LABOUR”

Today, 24 October, Federica Minozzi took part in the official ceremony awarding the new title of Knight of Labour to 25 people nominated by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.

The event this morning at the Palazzo del Quirinale was streamed live on national television on RAI 3. Alongside the President of the Republic were also the Minister for Business and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso and the Vice President of the National Federation of “Knights of Labour”, Enrico Zobele.

“For me, receiving this title from the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella is a highly valuable recognition and a reason for profound gratitude. Italy has built its strength around work, skills and the ability to turn ideas into concrete value.
Leading a business, I believe that Italian production is a strategic lever that underlines our ability to strengthen our competitive performance worldwide. For me, innovating means assuring continuity for this tradition, interpreting it every day in a contemporary key to build a better present and future.
This title is a personal honour for me, but it also bears witness to a business path shared with my father, the founder and chairman of our Group, and with all the people who have made our growth possible,”
Federica Minozzi stated.

The title of Knight of Labour acknowledges the commitment to the company and professional experience of the CEO of Iris Ceramica Group who, in over twenty years of leading the Group, has impressed a clear and innovative vision on her leadership: reengineering ceramics to improve the interaction between people and the environment.
