Family Day

On Saturday 22 June, the first Family Day took place at the headquarters in Fiorano Modenese, an occasion of celebration and sharing for Iris Ceramica Group’s employees and their families.

For the first part of the morning, numerous initiatives have been organized to involve the participants, especially the numerous children and teenagers who animated and colored the venue.

For the youngest, an area has been set up for recreational activities and competitions, including mini-golf, table football and archery, which have found major success even among adults.

Very high interest in the stands held by the cultural and social associations of “ANT”, “LILT”, “Victoria Language and Culture” and “Nordic Walking Italia”, which had the opportunity to deep their corporate mission and make themselves known to all the participants of the event, and for the much appreciated guided tours at the Museo Storico of Iris Ceramica Group.

The main event of Family Day came around 12:00, when the Group CEO Federica Minozzi presented the Corporate Welfare program 2019/2020, emphasizing the value of these events as moments of sharing and aggregation among the employees, their families and Group companies.

The day ended with a large and varied buffet run by the cooperative “La Lanterna di Diogene”, that have recently been included among the 10 finalists of the “Basque Culinary World Prize 2019”, which every year rewards the work of ethical chefs and solidal culinary projects.
