IRIS CERAMICA GROUP IS THE TOP COMPANY IN ITS SECTOR IN THE “ITALY’S BEST EMPLOYERS FOR WOMEN 2023” RANKING

Iris Ceramica Group is the top company in its sector according to the study “Italy’s Best Employers for Women 2023”, conducted by the ITQF (Istituto Tedesco Qualità Finanza) in partnership with Ubermetrics Technologies and the IMWF (Institute of Economic and Management Research).

Now in its third edition, this research rewards the 360 best women employers in Italy, considering over 2,000 businesses and 45 topics, divided into three categories: business culture, equal opportunities and career.

The score shows that Iris Ceramica Group is the top company in its reference sector. A major result that once again confirms Iris Ceramica Group’s position of excellence as a women’s employer.
