THE ARCHITECTURE DRAWING PRIZE AT THE SIR JOHN SOANE’S MUSEUM IN LONDON
The Architecture Drawing Prize exhibition will be on display at the Sir John Soane’s Museum in London from 8 February 2023.
Until 7 May, the works of the winners – the hybrid drawing entitled “Fitzroy Food Institute” by Samuel Wen and Michael Ren – and the finalists in the three categories of the Prize will be on display at the museum. The works were selected by the panel, consisting of authoritative figures including our CEO Federica Minozzi, along with the Director of the Sir John Soane’s Museum, Bruce Boucher; artist Pablo Bronstein; the Founder of Lily Jencks Studio, Lily Jencks; artists Ben Langlands & Nikki Bell; Senior Partner of Foster + Partners, Narinder Sagoo and the Founder of Make Architects, Ken Shuttleworth. This year the exhibition also includes a virtual retrospective of the prize created by Make Architects, which will be presented in the Foyle Space at the museum.
Iris Ceramica Group took part in this major initiative as Main Sponsor of the contest, promoted and organised by Make Architects, Sir John Soane’s Museum and the World Architecture Festival, contributing to disseminating the culture of architectural drawing in all its different forms.
