ITALIAN FASHION, THE STORY OF A LIFE STYLE

On Thursday 1 July, the doors open on the spectacular San Carlo Church in the historical centre of Modena for an exhibition devoted to Italian fashion, entitled: “ACCADDE OGGI: Happy Birthday Made in Italy!”

On display, among some unique creations, tailored dresses, pleated garments, embroidery and hand-painted fabrics, visitors will discover the creative genius that made our country famous in the haute couture world.

70 years after the first fashion show organised in Florence by Giovanni Battista Giorgini, who launched the “Made in Italy” concept around the world, the Iris Ceramica Group Foundation is supporting this initiative, aiming to celebrate Italian talent, style and savoir-faire.
