FEDERICA MINOZZI RECEIVES THE “WOMEN EXCELLENCE 2025” AWARD

On 18 November Federica Minozzi, CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, received the Women Excellence Award 2025 – Business & Management category – at the third edition of Women at the Top, the event promoted by Sole 24 Ore in partnership with the Financial Times and Sky TG24.

Women at the Top is an initiative designed to celebrate women’s success stories. Women able to lead change through a new social model focusing on gender equality, breaking down stereotypes through initiatives and projects run with vision, determination, talent and far-sightedness.

The award was given to Federica Minozzi with the following motivation: “For having transformed a family business into a global champion of Italian-made excellence, blending technological innovation, environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Her business vision has made Iris Ceramica Group a model of ecological and cultural transition, helping to strengthen competitive performance and the international reputation of the Italian System”.
