FEDERICA MINOZZI AWARDED THE TITLE OF “CAVALIERE DEL LAVORO”

30 May 2025 – Federica Minozzi, CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, is among the 25 new recipients of the prestigious title “Cavaliere del Lavoro”, awarded by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.

The honour, conferred upon individuals who have made outstanding contributions to Italy’s economic and social progress, highlights Minozzi’s entrepreneurial achievements and professional journey. With over two decades of leadership at the helm of the Group, she has stood out for her clear, forward-looking vision: to reengineer ceramics to improve the relationship between human and the environment.
