Best Job 2019 – Iris Ceramica Group ranks first in the construction industry for excellence in corporate welfare
Iris Ceramica Group ranks first in the BEST JOB 2019 classification published by the German Quality Institute – (Itfq) in partnership with La Repubblica / Affari&Finanza.
The study, conducted in Italy for the first time this year, analysed about 2500 companies in the country with large numbers of employees, identifying those that are most popular on the internet in terms of corporate and social culture and career opportunities.
The final ranking, a product of integration and processing of data collected on the web and through social media listening (measuring a total of 360,000 mentions over six months) and by sending a questionnaire to companies, identified and rewarded excellence through assignment of two prizes, for “Best Job” and “Top Career”.
The Iris Ceramica Group ranked first in the construction, building and materials industry, obtaining the highest score (100%) and confirming its position at the top of the ranking in Italy. This important result testifies to the company’s strong, integrated business ethic guaranteeing important values supporting the intellectual and professional optimisation of human capital.
